Temperature calibration lab has highly stable calibration furnaces, measuring instruments and accurate master sensors traceable to National and international Standards. The calibration center functions as per ISO17025/NABL standards. Calibration of contact type sensors can be made in tem. Range of -20°C
to 1200°C. Calibration of non contact type sensors can be made in temperature. Range of 50°C to 1500°C.
High Accuracy Imported Calibrated Master Sensors: Wide range of calibration equipments- set of Dry blocks, Liquid baths along with very accurate temperature indicators.

Computerized Automatic Calibration Report: A proprietary software is used to generate reports cross checks various fields in the calibration record. When calibration certificates are issued the instruments and the sensors are tested against precise standard parameters

COMMISSIONING
A
team of qualified engineers is available to assist in the
commissioning of all Tempsens temperature measuring products
where required. Commissioning is a very important aspect of
satisfactory and long term performance, particularly where
continuity of the production process depends on the reliability
of the system. Product servicing is also available to help
maintain optimum performance from Tempsens products.

THERMOGRAPHY SERVICES
Thermography services are provide for predictive and preventive analysis in all types of industries. Our team of thermography experts provide on site analysis with the customer.
Infra-red Thermal imaging (non-contact measurement of temperature) is the only temperature tool that can not only predict a failure effectively but also understand the root imperfections properly. The report of such analysis are provided to the customer for taking up the corrective actions based on the severity of the problem.
