A.) Flanged Immersion Heaters

Flanged Immersion Heaters, both round flange and square flange models are a great choice for application requiring larger wattages. Flanged immersion heaters are designed for installation into a pipe body, tank or pressure vessel using standard pipe size. These heaters are available in wide selection of rates, sizes and sheath materials suitable for heating requirements of chemicals. Flanged immersion heaters are very efficient since all energy that is generated is dissipated directly into the medium which is being heated.

B.) Screw Plug Immersion heaters

 

Screw plug immersion heaters consist of tubular elements in a threaded hex plug. Some models are provided with a thermowell for the temperature control sensor and variety of electrical enclosures for electrical connections. They screw directly through threaded opening in tank walls to heat different chemicals.

C.) Circulation Heaters

Circulation heaters are packaged units consisting of a screw plug or flanged immersion heater mounted in a thermally insulated heating chamber for efficient heating of a flowing chemical medium by in-line or side-arm operation. Thermocouple sensors can be provided to connect to any of general controllers select from many terminals enclose wise, sheath & vessel material, flanged connections & controls. 

D.) Over the Side Immersion Heaters

Over-the-Side Immersion Heaters are for applications where installing a heater through the side wall of a vessel is not convenient. For these applications, units that hang from the side wall of a tank, or self supporting units that sit on the bottom of a tank with round or straight formed heating elements are available. The heater sheath could be made of copper, steel, stainless steel or Incoloy. The riser is made of steel or stainless steel. Various electrical protection boxes as well as control thermostats, thermocouples and high limit switches can also be incorporated.
